Yes, there is a right time for everything! How do I know? Great question! I believe the words of scripture. In the book of Ecclesiastes, King Solomon writes...
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
There is a time to celebrate the blessings that come. There is a time to mourn the losses of life. There is a time to persevere through hardships. There is a time to relax and enjoy a break from the stresses of everyday life.
There is a time for seriousness. There is a time to have a laser type focus and there is a time to let the day 'just happen." There is a time to clean your house and there is a time to just sit down and watch a movie with the family.
There is a time to serve others and there is a time to allow others to serve you. There may be a time in your life where you can't do anything. I remember a season of my life where I was very ill. I slept most of the time. I was unable to do much to care for my family. Our church stepped into action. Meals were brought in daily for several months. Someone else cleaned my house for a whole year. This was a time that God had designed for me to slow down and receive the blessings from our church family. This was a time for me to rest and receive from others.
No matter what each day brings, remember that there is a right time for everything!
