I think I am always inspired by a quote of courage and vision when it is said by a person who has had big hurdles to overcome.
Bethany Hamilton is one of those people. She was a champion surfer who at the age of 13 was attacked by a shark. She lost an arm in the process. As I was reading the account of the attack, she said that her biggest concern after the attack was that she would be able to surf again. Her love of surfing helped her overcome her fear of sharks.
