Caregiving: It's the Little Things that Matter!

Today, I would like to share a resource to help you as a caregiver. Caregiving is hard work. Have you noticed that it's easy to run out of steam before you get everything done that is nessesary. It is next to impossible to do the things that would be good and they get put off and thus never get done!

A friend of mine, Jolene Philo, has created a resource that is designed to help you be a better caretaker and advocate for a loved one. It's the Caregiver's Notebook.
