I remember the day my husband and I picked up my oldest daughter from summer bible camp. She was so excited to tell us what she had learned in chapel. That week was on joy. Here is what she she shared with us.

My husband And I had heard this many times and could of told you all the ways this is waaaaay over simplified. But not on that day. Our daughter was sooo excited about what she had heard about joy. It may be a little simplified but there is certainly a good adage to remember. Let's keep this order in mind as we serve God and others this season remembering Christmas is not about me but about Jesus, first and foremost. It's also about showing his love to others.
