Ok, it might be Sam's or Target or WalMart. The main thing is that you get there soon. If you don't you will be going with all your children. Do you really want to do that? If you don't then you will go to your local grocery store and spend a lot more money or have to go a lot more often which means you'll spend a lot more money!! So what do you need to stock up on? Here is a list to get you started.
  • Pool noodles
  • Swimming goggles
  • Sidewalk chalk
  • Balls
  • Outdoor games (croquet, lawn bowling, ladder ball)
  • Playdoh (there's going to be rain sometimes
  • Lots of beads if you have girls (some boys like this too)
  • Craft supplies (stickers, construction paper, glitter, markers, crayons)
  • Summer snacks ( nuts, fruit snacks, chips, dried fruit, trail mix) try to use big bags to save
  • Some pre packaged individual portion snacks to stick in your bag as you race to activitie
  • Popsicles
  • Drinks for your bag (bottled water, juice boxes, Gatorade)
  • Everything you need for planting flowers and/or vegetables.
  • Toilet paper/paper towels
  • Paper/plastic products for picnics and everyday
  • Cleaning supplies

Just use this list as a way to start thinking what items can you buy for more than a week. It may save you a lot of time, money and frustration later!
